Code of Ethics

Our company makes every effort to ensure the following code of ethics is adhered to by every company staff: 1. Exhibit honesty, integrity in the performance of my duties. a. Maintain the confidentiality of my employer.

  1. Be honest, and forthright in all my interactions. c. Conduct my duties as instructed by my supervisor.
  2. Be observant in my duties and reporting promptly. a. Be aware of my surroundings at all times. b. Be observant for workplace hazards. c. Record everything unusual in the occurrence book d. Report to the client and my superiors immediately e. Shall report to work 30minutes early and shall not leave the place of work unless properly relieved
  3. Report hazards promptly. a. Take action to reduce hazards to people and property.
  4. Be professional and courteous in all my interactions with a. The public and employer. b. All my contacts/customers.
  5. Maintain a professional, clean appearance. a. Maintain cleaned, pressed uniforms. b. Ensure equipment is in good repair and functions properly. c. Maintain grooming standards as required by my employer.
  6. Exhibit exemplary conduct on and off duty. a. Conduct myself to be an example to all. b. Maintain my integrity, honesty on and off duty.
  7. Enforce the rules, regulations, laws and policies fairly. a. Enforcement must be consistent. b. Report violations of laws and policies promptly.
  8. Represent my profession, company and employer proudly. a. Do not talk negatively about my company or employer. b. Be positive about my employer when interacting with the public. c. Serve as an example for other officers and employees.
  9. Train hard a. As required by the company or employer b. Attend all regular courses and refresher courses as required 10. Observe all lawful rules given to me by the employer or company
